Who We Are
ALMA is Karla and Ariel — two facilitators, two languages, one room. We run breathwork sessions for corporate teams, schools, and individuals across New Jersey and virtually. In English. In Spanish. In both, in the same room, at the same time. We're not a wellness company. We're not a studio. We're two people who came from completely different worlds and built something from the hardest parts of both.
The Problem
Your people don't need another wellness talk. They already know they're stressed. The problem is that their bodies are still carrying what their minds already understand. The pressure. The grief. The anxiety. The overperformance. The inherited expectations. The quiet exhaustion of always having to hold it together. You can't think your way out of what your body is holding.
What We Do
We're not here to make wellness softer. We're here to make it real. ALMA creates rooms where stress can move. No scripts. No forced sharing. No spiritual performance. No wellness theater. Just breath, body, music, and a room that knows how to hold what people are carrying.

How This Started — About — /about
This work didn't come from a book. It came from the room we couldn't think our way out of. Karla came from corporate. Ariel came from Argentina. They came from different worlds. Both knew what it meant to function while carrying something heavy. Then they lost a daughter. That's where ALMA really begins. What they found, slowly and imperfectly, was that the body holds what the mind can't process. And breath — not as metaphor, not as performance, but as a real physiological act — could move what thinking couldn't.
